What is Groundies?

Almost everyone, if not everyone grew up playing tag. The name of the game is groundies, a form of tag but far more dangerous, due to the person seeking being vision impaired.  The seeker must hunt down the other players, while keeping their eyes shut!!! This by the way is rule number one. The word groundies also comes from a rule.  The seeker must remain on the ground during the hunt, and the other players must remain off. The only time that the other players are allowed is when jumping from one point of equipment to the next. If the seeker suspects another player on the ground the must yell “GROUNDIES” and the person on the ground becomes the new seeker.  Though there is no correct number of people needed, the larger the amount the more entertaining and lively the game will be.
